7-Step Collision Repair

Mundy’s Collision Center 7-step repair process ensures your vehicle is inspected and repaired only by industry-certified technicians, whose priority is getting you back on the road safely. 1. Vehicle Drop Off
If you have been in an accident, or your vehicle has other damage, simply call Mundy’s Collision Center or stop by. Our team works side-by-side with leading insurance companies and we are happy to complete a free computerized estimate to initially assess any damage before we begin making repairs.
2. Body Repair
After your vehicle has been inspected by one of our technicians, it moves onto the body shop, where we remove all parts requiring separate repair or replacement, and perform body and structural repair work. All the while, repair work undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection.
3. Painting & Polish
Body work is complete and now it is time to make it shine! Our expert refinish technicians utilize computer technology to find the exact color match based on manufacturer codes. Your vehicle is then painted, polished, and prepared for reassembly as it moves to it’s next quality control checkpoint.
4. Reassembly
Your vehicle is reassembled with lamps, bumpers, fenders, grills, doors, and other parts involved in your repair. Once reassembled, your vehicle enters its final quality control check which ensures all authorized repair work has been completed and that the job reflects Mundy’s Collision Center standard of excellence.
5. Cleaning
A vehicle is not complete at Mundy’s Collision Center without a complete wash and vacuum. This final step allows us to check cosmetic repairs one final time and ensures your vehicle will look pristine upon pick up.
6. Quality Assurance
Mundy’s Collision Center strives to ensure the complete satisfaction and safety of our customers. Our seven-step repair process allows us to deliver just that. 7. Vehicle Pickup
As soon as your vehicle repair is complete, a service representative at Mundy’s Collision Center will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and paperwork. Your service representative will review the vehicle and repairs with you, complete the final documentation, and hand back your keys.
