Yes, because we use a blending technique (blending colors on adjacent panels) and tint colors when necessary.
What type of warranty will I receive?
Lifetime for as long as you own the car and maintain the paint.
Can your shop arrange a rental car for me?
Yes, our local Hertz will pick you up when you drop your car off.
How soon can I wax my car?
You can wax your car 2 weeks after the repairs are completed. You should also wax your car 2 times per year to maintain the integrity of your paint.
Will any of the repairs affect my factory warranty?
No, as long as your vehicle is put back to pre-loss condition with factory parts.
My vehicle is a lease, will this affect me when I turn the lease back in?
No, as long as your car is put back to pre-loss condition.
Is your shop certified to do mechanical work?
Yes, our technicians are ASE certified to make any mechanical repair as a result of the accident.
Do you know how much my auto repair is going to cost?
The repair costs vary and will depend on the extent of the damage to the vehicle. As soon as we receive the vehicle we will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours and review the estimate with you. If it’s a drive-in estimate. We will be happy to provide you with a written estimate on the spot. Estimates usually don’t take more than 20 to 30 minutes depending on the damage of your vehicle.
How much is my deductible?
Your deductible was determined when you set up your auto insurance policy. If you are unsure of what your deductible is your insurance provider or agent will be able to provide this information to you.
Why do I have to pay the deductible when the accident was not my fault?
You may be responsible to pay the deductible on your own insurance until reimbursement is paid. If the accident was not your fault it’s possible you would be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the responsible party (the person who is at fault)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards for our services.
If I have other vehicle damage on my car, can it be repaired even though it's not part of my claim?
Absolutely. Please let us know what else you would like to repair when you are dropping off your vehicle.
Do I have car rental coverage?
Your insurance provider or insurance agent can confirm this for you. If you are unsure whether or not you have rental coverage, we are happy to set up a reservation for you when you make an appointment. If you do not have rental coverage and would prefer not to rent a car, you may always decline the rental during drop off.
